1. These terms
These are the terms and conditions on which we supply ULEZ checker to you by our voice services.
Please read these terms carefully before you submit your request to us because you will be bound by these terms. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide ULEZ checker, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. In some areas you may have different rights under these terms depending on whether you are a business or domestic consumer.

You are a domestic consumer if you are an individual and you are using ULEZ from us wholly or mainly for your personal use.

You are a business customer if you are using ULEZ for use in connection with your trade, business, craft or profession, provisions specific only to business customers will be identified where appropriate.
If you are a business customer these terms constitute the entire agreement between us in relation ULEZ checker. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, promise, representation, assurance and that no warranty has been made or given by us or on behalf of us which is not set out in these terms and that you shall have no claim for innocent or negligent misrepresentation or negligent misstatement based on any statement in this agreement.

ULEZ checker is intended to be used only for certain purposes. By submitting a request for a ULEZ checker, you acknowledge that one or more of the following cases apply:

(a) you are either the owner or registered keeper of the vehicle being checked; or

(b) the vehicle registration number relates to a vehicle that is being, or is intended to be, marketed or offered for sale; or
-
(c) you have a genuine and legitimate interest in determining whether or not the vehicle is ULEZ compliant; or
-
(d) the vehicle registration number relates to a vehicle that you are involved in providing services to.

3. Our service
When you submit a request for a ULEZ check to us on the skill, we will use these terms and conditions. Our acceptance of your request for a check will take place when we provide you with the information relating to the car registration at which point you will become bound by these terms. We offer no guarantee as to the accuracy of the data we provide as it is supplied be a web service provided by Transport for London.
4. Our rights to make changes
ImproveCX reserves the right, at its discretion, to make changes to any part of ULEZ Checker, the information, or these terms. Should ImproveCX change these terms and conditions, an updated copy will be available on this web page.
5. Providing the Vehicle Checks

We will provide the answer in a timely manner after we have received your ULEZ check request relating to your vehicle though our Alexa skill. However, we will not held responsible for delays whether within or outside our control.
We need certain information from you so that we can supply our services to you, for example, details of the vehicle registration plate of the vehicle being checked. Our system will require you to provide this information for the skill to be used. If you do not give us this information or if you give us incomplete or incorrect information, we will not be able to help you accordingly.
We reserve the right to terminate the ULEZ checker skill at any time at our discretion, we may have to suspend the supply the services to you to:

(a) deal with technical problems or make minor technical changes;

(b) update ULEZ skill to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements;

(c) make changes as requested by you or notified by us to you.
6. If there is a problem with ULEZ checker

7. Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you if you are a consumer or a business
You agree not to hold us responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever as a result of using this skill. Any risk inherent in using this skill is yours only.
8. How we may use your personal information
We will only use your personal information as set out in our privacy policy.
9. Other important terms
If you wish to make a complaint please contact us directly we will endeavour to resolve your complaint internally.
These terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in the English courts.
