Raj has a wealth of 30+ years of experience in the IT industry. Having held Senior roles in pre-sales, development, QA/Support, Consulting and Professional Services.

 

At Oracle, Raj headed the EMEA Delivery Teams for Knowledge Management, which focused on Enterprise Platform Solutions, Business Intelligence and Enterprise Content Management related business.  At InQuira, Raj was the Senior Technical Projects Manager, driving consulting and delivery in Europe, US and Asia.


As a founder of ICX, Raj is now focused on delivering business values to clients as well as growing the company. Outside work Raj has a passion for coaching, cricket and helping the community to grow.

Sam Nanji

 

Sam has 28 years of IT experience covering the entire Software Development Life Cycle.

Sam’s passion and expertise in Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, Knowledge Management, Semantic Search, Governance, Enterprise technology, Quality and Customer service has successfully been utilised to power several start-ups to acquisition and IPO.

 

Sam has held a series of senior positions including Deputy Front Office Systems, HSBC Investment Bank. Head of QA & Support at Choreology Limited. Regional Head of Hewlett Packard’s R&D Java Transactions Lab. Head of Support Credit Market Analysis, Practice Manager OCS Oracle Knowledge EMEA and Senior Delivery Manager InQuira UK Limited.
