An integration with Oracle Web Center Sites and Oracle Knowledge to provide a Knowledge Management System with Semantic Natural Language Search. Selected pre-existing web pages were crawled and indexed to avoid duplication of effort and provide improved search accuracy. 

 

The solution provided best in class search accuracy, improved customer insights through Oracle's OBIEE and ODI Analytics.

 

Enhanced Web Self Service resulted in a drop in calls to the call centre and a reduction in the total cost of ownership.
